Hello! My name is Lindsey and I am the owner of Chasing Sweet Pea’s Bouncy Soft Play Rentals. This is a mom owned and operated business. I am located in CT and service all the surrounding counties.

Let me bring the fun to your kiddies and I promise they will have an unforgettable time!

Deposits and Refunds

A 50% deposit of your package price will be requested along with a signed legal waiver After confirmation of the event.

The remaining 50% of package price on top of a $200 REFUNDABLE deposit is due 7 days before your event date.

Your $200 refundable damage fee deposit will be returned to you within 24 hours of your event so long as the equipment is returned in undamaged and unsoiled condition

FAQS

How do I book a soft play package?

- In order to book your soft play package, you must fill out our inquiry form. Once your form is filled out, you will be contacted via text within a few hours to confirm your date and time is available. Once you receive confirmation you will be required to pay your security deposit to secure your date.

How many hours do you rent out your soft play packages?

- All of our soft play packages are rented out for 5 hours. Any additional hour will be $50.

Do you set up and break down the equipment?

- Yes. I will set up between an hour-two hours before your event and will break down once your event is over, All set up and break down fees are included.

What is your weather policy?

- I will not set up in any inclement weather. If you do not have the option to move your party indoors then we will allow you to reschedule. As long as the new date requested is available we will be able to accommodate the new date. If you are not willing to reschedule or move your party indoors, you will be refunded 50% and damage fee deposit.

What is your cancellation policy?

- We completely understand that life happens! We ask if you need to reschedule to at least give us a two weeks notice. If we do not receive a two weeks notice, your 50% deposit will be forfeited.

When is my balance due?

- Your remaining balance is due the 7 days before your event. If your balance is not paid, your package will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.

What areas do you service?

I service all of CT and surrounding areas.

Are there delivery fees?

- Yes. A Delivery fee will be calculated and added onto your total for anything more than 40 miles to and from. Delivery to New Haven county is free
