About Us

Hello! My name is Lindsey and I am the owner of Chasing Sweet Pea’s Bouncy Soft Play Rentals. This is a family owned and operated business. I am located in CT and service all the surrounding counties.

Let me bring the fun to your kiddies and I promise they will have an unforgettable time!

At Chasing sweet peas bouncy soft play, we aim to provide a fun and memorable birthday party experience for children of all ages. I am dedicated to setting up and working tirelessly to ensure that every detail is taken care of, leaving you free to enjoy the celebrations with your child.

Deposits and Refunds

A 50% deposit of your package price will be requested along with a signed legal contract. Once deposit and contract are returned, date will be secured.

The remaining 50% of package price on top of a $250 REFUNDABLE deposit is due 2 days before your event date.

Your $250 refundable damage fee deposit will be returned to you within 24 hours of your event so long as the equipment is returned in undamaged and unsoiled condition.

FAQS

Booking a package

- In order to book your soft play package, you must fill out an inquiry form. Once your form is filled out, you will be contacted via text within a few hours to confirm your date and time is available. Once you receive confirmation you will be required to pay your security deposit to secure your date.

Rental Time

- All of our soft play packages are rented out for up to 6 hours

Setup Times

- Set up’s are between an hour-two hours before your event and will break down once your event is over, All set up and break down fees are included in packages.

Weather Policy

- If the party is outdoors and there is more then 50% chance rain in the forecast during party hours a decision will need to be made to reschedule to a different party time or to a completely different date.

I will not set up in any inclement weather Or pickup in inclement weather.

Cancellation policy

- We completely understand that life happens! We ask if you need to reschedule to at least give us a two weeks notice. If we do not receive a two weeks notice, your 50% deposit will be forfeited.

Balance Due

- Your remaining balance is due the 3 days before your event. If your balance is not paid, your package will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.

Servicing Areas

I service CT, New Haven County, and some of the other county’s.

Are there delivery fees?

- Yes. A Delivery fee will be calculated and added onto your total for anything more than 30 minutes out. Delivery to New Haven county is free
